It is the system that failed Noel Chambers which encompasses all departments, the prison department, the justice department, and the Police department. The pertinent question should be, would the result be different if the victim was a member of the Mahfood Family, the Matalon Family, the McConnell family, the ISSA Family, the Marley Family, the Dacosta Family, The Butch Stewart Family, the Seaga Family, the Manley family, the Kerr Jerret family and the rest of 18 families that own most of our wealth?  This is the reason why the topic of racism and endemic poverty is not discussed prominently in the major newspaper, what is discussed is personalities, violence, and sexual perversion, they own the newspapers, perversion sex and violence sells!!! The duty politics of our country allow such things of extreme to happen, they don't care about poor black Jamaicans and are quick to bring in foreigner to solve our problems because they fail!!! Jamaica's existing Babylon system cannot solve our people,s problem, the politician is so corrupt and has become business owners, they don't have the love or time to, greed and making money is their mantra!!!
