The coronavirus will definitely hit those who are in rural areas without easy access. The IMF program has caused a lot of dislocation and scarce resources before the onslaught of this pandemic, the government must move fast to protect the most vulnerable amongst us. The private sector must be cautious about profiteering off our people suffering and must be told that they have to sacrifice some of their ill-gotten wealth to help in fighting this crisis. The massive spending on building a new Parliament center must be scrapped, all roads built out must be put on hold and effort made to put money into agriculture and other export-oriented companies, the fallout of the tourism sector is another vivid proof not to depend on tourism alone. Only a united effort without tribal conflicts can ensure our country gaining the upper hand. China and Cuba's expertise must be utilized without haste.
